British Swim School (Edmonton West) is looking for a Lead Swim Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Reports to and communicates directly with the Aquatics Director or Manager
• Work a flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekends as required by business needs and as requested by management
• Be correctly dressed in British Swim School uniform and prepared pool-side at least 15 minutes before the start of your first lesson
• Engage with children/swimmers while smiling, singing, and having fun while teaching lessons
• Disciplined to follow schedules and enforce safety procedures as well as follow policies, teaching techniques and procedures of British Swim School
• Use your training to teach these techniques to all new swim instructors that join our program with an emphasis on survival skills
