APS6 Organisational Design Specialist (Contract)
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Organisational Design professional to join a high-performing government team in a contract role through to December 6.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across workforce planning, role design, and organisational structure in a complex environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining role statements aligned to organisational frameworks

Supporting workforce planning and organisational structure design

Providing advice on organisational design, role evaluations, and classification matters

Conducting organisational reviews and identifying improvement opportunities

Delivering organisational design projects end-to-end

Supporting broadbanding, Professional and Legal Officer requests, and APS role evaluations
