About the Role

• Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for participants, customers, and stakeholders via front-of-house, phone, and email support.
• Manage and resolve participant enquiries in line with NDIS legislation, operational guidelines, and work instructions.
• Triage moderately complex enquiries and refer matters to the appropriate teams or support services where required.
• Handle participant matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement.
