About the Role

Our client is a major player in the integral telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group’s geographies.

Location & Employment

Madrid, Spain. Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Start date: ASAP. Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido).

• Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and network engineering.
