• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Health and Social Care Assessors, to achieve: sustained high performance, qualityof delivery and businessgrowth in line with our client’s standards and Apprenticeshipstrategy.
• Carry out regular observations and reviews of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
• Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
