The HR Apprentice role is a developmental position within the newly formed HR Operations Team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study with New Durham College. The working hours are Flexible across Monday to Friday. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a CIPD Level 3 qualification. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team specialising in Human Resources for our HR Operations Team in Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! 2 GCSE's 9-5/A-C in Math's & English. 3 other GCSE's subjects at 9-5/A-C required. Psychology, business or law is desirable but not essential.
