Position Overview
- Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, M&E, equipment, and conference room services - Maintain all operational records and prepare MIS reports for management review - Lead monthly operational progress meetings in absence of operations manager - Train team members on quality standards, policies, and operational procedures - Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of facility staff - Advise clients on maintenance budgets and long-term facility planning - Manage contract lifecycle including drafting terms, defining scope, and AMC documentation - Conduct tendering processes and evaluate subcontractors based on performance and cost efficiency - Develop and manage SLAs and support procurement in vendor finalization - Monitor vendor workforce quality, training compliance, and service delivery standards - Define annual cost-saving initiatives in energy and maintenance operations - Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements - Audit s...
