ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Word processing, filing and scheduling;Provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary (SAP, Ifollowerβ¦);Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company;Schedules meetings and conferences;Assists on daily tasks;Prepares internal and external correspondence;Organize and prepare document archive;Other duties as assigned. Skill in use of MS Office;Dependability and ability to follow instructions;Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
