Position Overview
**What you’ll do:**
This role provides operational support for non‑employee remote access, including contractors, contingent workers, vendors, and external partners. The position supports enterprise IT operations by coordinating, validating, and tracking remote access, firewall, VPN, and identity‑related requests using Eaton‑approved systems and processes.
The role ensures that non‑employee access requests are complete, compliant, properly documented, and processed through ServiceNow, while coordinating with IT Security, Network Operations, and Identity teams. The position does not approve, grant, or technically configure access.
