**Your key responsibilities**

+ Be a true HR professional working hand to hand with the whole team, with proactiveness and able to discuss and tackle business needs in order to translate them into action plans and solutions.
+ Actively contribute to different global, regional, and local HR initiatives for the different divisions of the Company, with a focus on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition programs.
+ Own the full hiring process for Trainees & Apprentices roles based in Barcelona. Work very closely with hiring managers, managing the candidate pipeline effectively with the help of our recruitment tools and policies, engaging and guiding candidates all the way through the offer stage.
