Position Overview

Apprentice Chef - PPHE Hotel Group
We are looking for ambitious Apprentice Chefs with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. The program will last 15 months, as our Apprentice Chef you will receive a training programme which will aim to broaden your horizon and sustainably practice your culinary skills.
The 15-month Apprentice Chef Programme will be based in our hotels and includes:
Salary: £12.86 plus Service Charge
On-the-job training and guidance
Cooking competitions and supplier visits
Heavily discounted hotel rates (extends to the Radisson Hotel Group and family & friends)
F&B discounts at our restaurants and bars (for your whole party)
30 days of holiday per year - including bank holidays, increasing with years of service
