Apprentice Calibration Engineer

As an Apprentice Calibration Engineer you will be part of the team responsible for the calibration of electrical and electronic test equipment, working in a small team of engineers.

Key responsibilities include working full-time as an engineer with on‑the‑job training alongside the apprenticeship learning. The college course consists of 2 years day‑release along with apprentice portfolio work taking up to 4 years to complete. Further academic qualifications are available up to NVQ Levels 2 & 3 over the 3‑4 years.

You Will Need

• An open approach to learning and a keen interest in physics & maths (minimum Grade 5 GCSE maths and Science plus minimum of Grade 4 in English)
