Position Overview
Summary of the Role:
This role supports Lubrizol’s Fluid Engineering (LFE) business in India by supporting business development initiatives for the Industrial Lubricants segment. The apprentice will focus on scouting new business opportunities, building relationships across the industry, gathering market and competitor intelligence, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Industrial Lubricants segment.Support the team to build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, customers, and channel partners.Conduct field visits (minimum 40–50% of weekly time) to engage with customers, distributors, and influencers with manager.Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer insights.Share qualified leads with the sales team and support in lead nurturing and opportunity...
