Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Applications Team Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 4 – Application Management. The lead drives DevSecOps-based delivery across multiple ALTESS-hosted applications and manages QA, Agile execution, and project budgets.

_This position is contingent upon contract award._

**Responsibilities**

• Lead DevSecOps-based application delivery across the ALTESS portfolio.
• Run Agile ceremonies and manage QA/testing across multiple projects.
• Own budgets, schedule, and deliverables across the application team.
• Coordinate with Middleware and Database leads on integrated releases.

**Required Qualifications**

• 3+ years DevSecOps experience.
• 3+ years Agile development processes and tooling.
• 3+ years QA application testing.
