Applications Systems Analyst

Reporting to the CIO, the Applications Systems Analyst supports and enhances core business applications across college departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert, providing support for Student Information System (SIS), CRM, HR/Finance/Payroll, advancement platforms, and other third‑party or cloud‑based tools.
• Maintain and improve core applications, applying technology and business solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Manage integrations and work with SQL or similar tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Deliver training, user support, and onsite assistance across campus locations.
• Assist in system enhancements and project implementations that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
