Applications Support Lead – Plant Support

Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous availability of critical business applications. Leads the support team in incident resolution, application change management, and stakeholder communication while also overseeing PMO governance related to application support projects. Also drives improvements in support processes, enforces governance standards, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
