Job Description

We are seeking an Applications Specialist, Diagnostic Solutions to join our team in Singapore. You will be a subject matter technical expert for the microbiology portfolio and a team player who can collaborate with different functions to achieve common business goals. This role will provide pre‑ and post‑sales support to the sales team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Singapore point of contact for technical inquiries and product application issues.
• Conduct clinical product trainings and product demos for customers and countries as needed; maintain records of trainings conducted.
• Provide applications and troubleshooting support for the Microbiology portfolio (Instruments, reagents, informatics) – Blood Culture, IDAST, TB, Clinical Media, Industrial Microbiology, Lab Automation, Synapsys connectivity.
