Position Overview
Duties:
On-site support and training
Previous experience within a full stack application support and maintenance.
At least five yearsβ experience supporting users with Dynamics 365 CRM,
SCM and Finance applications.
Azure and ITIL certification will be
advantageous.
Provide technical support as 1st and 2nd line support for key applications on
day-to-day basis.
Ability to monitor and review user transaction, changes and right logs.
Proactive management of application user entitlement.
Respond to user queries and tickets in a timely manner.
Engage clientβs change controls processes and procedures.
Update incidents through their lifecycle.
Provide inputs for SLA reports.
Train users on the effective use of applications.
Assist with testing of new functionalities.
Daily operational checks for system performance issues
Develop and implement solutions for customers
