Purpose of Position

Drive the successful implementation of Setra’s critical environmental solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying tailored systems that meet customer requirements. Support sales opportunities, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal system performance through installation, troubleshooting, and training.

Essential Functions

• Design, configure, and deploy tailored solutions for Critical Environment product lines such as room pressure monitors, environmental monitoring software, etc.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Work heavily with our sales team to help define potential customer solutions and close opportunities through technical knowledge.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning remotely and in‑person.
