Overview

Job Description Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics, the Applications Analyst (EPIC Grand Central) will use their clinical knowledge combined with their analytical skills to support the Mackenzie Health EMR across all sites. They will be responsible for scoping, developing and supporting all builds associated with the EMR hospital facility structure. They will work closely with Bed Allocation, Patient Flow, EVS and Patient Transport operational leadership and staff to provide end user support, troubleshoot issues and errors in the system, enhance and improve the EMR while maintaining system standards by analyzing business operations, prioritizing, and implementing requested changes.
