Position Overview
We are recruiting an Application Support Technician to join our Application Development and Support Department.
Main responsibilities
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group's applications managed by the Application Development and Support Department (DSA);
- First-line support for the Group's applications, covering both FrontOffice and BackOffice;
- Development of custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas.
Desired profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;
- Higher education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
- Experience with relational databases (preferred);
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Critical thinking abilities.
