Job Description
We are looking for a colleague who can act both as a power user supporting expert users directly, and as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development vendor.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, structuring them, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring effective collaboration with the company developing the tool by:
Providing direct support to an international community of expert users (risk, security, compliance)Gather and structure business/user requirementsDefine use cases and translate them into clear technical specificationsMaintain and refine backlog itemsManage and prioritize change requests with our vendorsAlign on developments and track releasesOperate and continuously improve the internal GRC applicationDevelop and automate reports and data processing (Excel / SQL / other tools)Perform testi...
