Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for critical enterprise platforms.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams/vendors.
- Monitor application health, execute daily checks, and support production stability.
- Handle production deployments, data fixes, and operational support activities.
- Communicate incidents and technical issues clearly to business and operations stakeholders.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and knowledge documentation.
- Support release activities, disaster recovery exercises, and major production events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
