We are looking for an Application Support to join a high-performance and critical environment within the financial/market infrastructure sector, ensuring continuous monitoring and support of production systems (24/7).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and infrastructure in a 24/7 environment (shift-based support)
• Perform first-level incident management, including detection, analysis, and escalation
• Execute runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incidents and alerts
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in Linux-based systems
• Perform basic SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
