Position Overview
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle L1/L2 production support tickets
- Perform basic SQL queries for data verification and fixes
- Execute database scripts during issue resolution
- Monitor SQL jobs and alerts
- Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Escalate complex issues to development or infra teams
- Support application releases and deployments
Key Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of T-SQL
- Experience with SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
- Understanding of joins, stored procedures, and views
- Experience in production support environment
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
