Role: Application Support Engineer (ERP /Supply Chain Systems)

Working Duration: 12 months contract

Working Day/Hours: To be checked with Manager during iv, assumed 24/7 rotational shift

Salary: Basic up to RM 7800 (Based on experience + skills) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of company’s internal supply chain systems, including but not limited to: SAP ECC,S4 HANA, JDA Planning, and related platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
• Provide IT optimization recommendations from a holistic system solution perspective to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
