WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Application Support Analyst in RBSL Information Management & Technology department plays a key role making sure services provisioned by the Enterprise and Business Applications function are performing satisfactory. RBSL run a mix of in house supported applications (which this role would support) and 3rd party supported applications (which this role would help manage).
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Provide crucial support to users and 3rd parties by triaging and resolving incidents where required, supporting problem investigations, and fulfilling service requests.For applications managed by RBSL, this role will monitor, maintain and drive improvements to the application service with users and business owner.Act as Service Owner for a range of application systems, representing these services and ensuring their day-to-day management meets SLAs, liaising with third-party suppliers when necessary to ensure timely re...
