Position Overview
Summary:We are seeking an energetic, innovative, and creative Atlassian Cloud Administrator with a passion for software and technology to join our team. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, a troubleshooting mindset to resolve issues, and communication skills to build relationships with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Complete assignments specific to the maintenance and support of our Atlassian enterprise applications. Monitor the internal ticketing system for incoming change requests to configuration elements within our Atlassian suite and complete tickets within specified SLAs. Create and update projects, workflows, custom fields, spaces, user permissions, and other configuration elements based on the needs of the teams. Create and maintain external users from our partner financial institutions. Troubleshoot and resolve problems teams may experience within our Atlassian suite.
