We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments.
This role requires strong hands‑on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the client’s office (9am-6pm) and provide onsite support during major events as required.
In addition, the role is expected to provide end-to-end application maintenance services, including incident investigation, resolution management, and bug fixes.
