Your new role 
As the Head Of Technology, you are required to spearhead projects and manage client's expectations whilst fostering relationships externally and create good development culture internally as well. 
What you'll need to succeed 
At least 10 years of experience in Software Development or any IT related field.
Degree holder in Computer science, engineering or any related discipline.
Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and decision-making skills.
