Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Application Lab Assistant to support food application development, sample preparation, and lab operations. This role will assist the R&D/Application team in conducting food trials, preparing prototypes, maintaining lab cleanliness, and supporting customer sample requests.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about food innovation, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced lab environment.

Work Locations

To be based in HQ Puchong, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food & beverage application trials, formulation preparation, and sample making.
• Support customer sample preparation and internal product testing.
• Weigh, prepare, and organize raw materials according to formulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the application lab.
• Record trial observations and assist in documentation.
