Overview

The HR Payroll Technical Specialist supports the maintenance and enhancement of integrations between Workday, ADP, and other payroll-related systems. The position partners closely with Payroll Operations, Integration Developers, Quality Engineers, Support Teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and secure transmission of payroll-critical data across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with ADP Payroll integrations, foundational payroll process knowledge, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. They are comfortable working in a production support environment—coordinating incident resolution, validating data mappings, supporting testing cycles, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements and automation efforts.
