Collaborate with Sales and R&D engineers at customer sites to support various verification and validation processes.
Provide optimization proposals regarding equipment efficiency, manufacturability, and maintainability, and feedback insights to the R&D design department.
Summarize on-site equipment issues to build a Field Experience Database , enabling rapid problem identification, troubleshooting, and strategy formulation.
Proficient in the installation, debugging, and maintenance of vision system hardware and software.
Archive all documentation related to on-site debugging, maintenance, and improvement projects.
