We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Kulim, Kedah!
Responsibilities:
Garner and understand customers’ existing processes.
Drafting process ideas to improve production rates.
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Performing process simulations and process manufacturing issues.
Performing optimization tests.
Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
Monitoring upgrades systems.
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
Working hours may vary depending on machine and customer requirements.
24 hours support might be needed upon customer request. In such case, it may require shift work, weekend and night support.
Required to go oversea if necessary to support customers, other regions and trainings.
