What You Will Do

• Act as a technical expert for packaging applications at customers manufacturing in Meat and Cheese markets across EMEA
• Support customers with product selection, application optimization, and effective product commercialization
• Support product enhancements and new developments in collaboration with R&D and Product Management
• Work closely with Sales and Field Technical Service to solve complex application issues
• Lead and support product qualifications, trials, and scale‑ups at customer sites
• Conduct packaging line, shelf‑life, and performance evaluations to demonstrate quantifiable customer value
• Capture customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps, innovation opportunities, and competitive trends
