Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud and providing ongoing support for both Oracle HCM Cloud and legacy Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. The role will focus on ensuring a smooth transition to Oracle HCM Cloud while maintaining critical PeopleSoft HCM functionalities until full migration is completed.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Responsibilities include, design, develop and implement Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) solutions to meet business needs.

Support ongoing system optimizations, quarterly updates, and new feature adoption in Oracle HCM Cloud.
