Position Overview

One of the leading real estate management corp is seeking an Application Consultant to join their technical team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements
Perform system analysis, programming and testing
Functional and Technical documentation preparation
Coordinate the project and provide technical support to users
Conduct internal user training
Ensure the system is compliance to company standards
Participate in IT projects, sourcing of application packages, appropriate technologies for implementation of new solutions, system enhancement & maintenance
Requirements
Degree holder of Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 4 years IT experience
Solid experience in either of the followings
Java, JavaScript, J2EE, HTML5, AJAX, XML
