**Your key responsibilities.
**- Ensure all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the local and global SOPs before releasing the samples.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized laboratory/workplace as per the best lab practices.
- Ensure compliance with all QHS&E procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety.
- Report any non-conformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager.
- Adopt a culture of continuous improvement and actively participate in LEAN projects.
- Operate with a team spirit mindset and support the colleagues under high workload situations.
