* Monday-Friday schedule with light call
* 50% clinic/50% OR and rounding in hospital
* 25-30 patients per day in clinic
* Group include 3 Ortho Spine Surgeons, 1 Neurosurgeon, 2 Pain Physicians, 3 Full time APPs (1 NP, 1 PA) and part-time APP staff
* Call is primary (MD also on call), covers spine and general ortho
* Mostly call from home, rarely need to come into hospital, 45 minute response time
