We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic App Growth & Acquisition Specialist to join our Digital Cross‑Functional Projects Squad within the Growth / Digital Acquisition area. The responsibility of this team is to accelerate digital acquisition and drive scalable growth initiatives across channels, with a strong focus on in‑app strategies, while contributing to transformational digital projects that evolve ING’s customer acquisition capabilities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define, own and evolve the in‑app acquisition strategy , identifying growth opportunities across the full funnel – from ASO to owned media strategies – always aligning initiatives with business objectives.
