Advanced Practice Clinician (APC)

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Telehealth/Virtualist On-Demand Urgent Care team. This remote position supports Jefferson's On-Demand care platform by delivering high-quality, patient-centered virtual urgent care services.

Providers must reside in PA, NJ, or DE and must obtain and maintain active licensure in all three states. A valid Pennsylvania DEA is required at the start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations including detailed histories and telehealth-appropriate physical assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies when clinically appropriate.
• Manage acute urgent care complaints, providing safe and effective treatment via telehealth modalities.
