We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with excellent customer service, follow through, and thrives on challenge to oversee the maintenance operations within our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of community maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring that the community is maintained to the highest standards.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, apartments, amenities, grounds, and common areas of the property meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, functionality and resident appeal. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for staffing, prioritizing, delegating and instructing subordinates and for the administrative and budgetary functions of the department including negotiating vendor contracts and hiring personnel.
