Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop and standardize SOPs for operations across the APAC region
- Train, guide, and audit country teams to ensure operational consistency, safety compliance, and service excellence
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert
- Manage strategic customer relationships, including escalations, solution discussions, and executive engagement
- Drive business growth by expanding service offerings, volumes, and profitability across APAC
- Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers and specialized business opportunities
- Support solution development and pricing activities to deliver responsive and competitive customer proposals
Requirements - Degree in Business / Logistics
- At least 10 years of experience in Logistics
- Has strong knowledge of data center logistics and server rack transportation
