About the role The Social Commerce and Digital Commerce Performance Lead, APAC is accountable for shaping, accelerating, and delivering Haleon APAC’s social commerce strategy and the content factory deployment. This key role drives a leading priority commercial digital transformation that enables scalable growth across diverse regional ecosystems.
Social Commerce Hub Strategic Development - Design and develop an aligned content hub solution (factories that are potentially end‑to‑end).
- Manage the build, implementation, and integration of these factories across markets in APAC.
- Create linkage with external agencies and partners to deliver a truly end‑to‑end solution.
- Drive synergies and best practice by leveraging work from the China hub, which will lead capability development for Wider Asia.
