Develop and guide implementation of short and longβterm strategic product development plans, including support of annual brand plan development, with a focus on creating a clear value proposition to win in diverse markets and ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
Act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels, while guiding country teams to deliver outstanding commercial product campaign and customer engagement strategies across target audience groups (including HCPβs, consumers and payors).
Collaborate with Market Insights, CX and local marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer needs and competition to inform product decisions and enhance the value proposition for specific markets.
Work closely with global product teams to align regional market needs and provide valuable insights into future planning and development.
