About the Role
As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you’ll manage and coordinate procurement activities for facilities-related goods and services. The role involves sourcing, purchasing, and contract management to ensure that the organization’s facilities needs are met cost‑effectively and efficiently. This position is part of the Procurement function, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Procurement Planning – Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet facilities‑related needs; conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Sourcing and Procurement – Source and procure goods and services such as building materials, equipment, and maintenance services; develop and manage bid solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for quotations (RFQs).
