The APAC Engineering Supervisor role is being established as part of a new regional team structure to strengthen project execution and technical support across Asia BU and ANZ. With increasing complexity and volume of innovation, capacity expansion, and bottler-driven projects, there is a need for a dedicated role to ensure standardized engineering practices, timely delivery, and alignment across markets.

This role will improve coordination between OU teams, bottlers, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring efficient deployment of processing and packaging solutions. It also supports capability building in emerging markets (, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos) and ensures compliance with quality (CQV), EHS, and product standards.
