Robert Half is partnering with a well-established automotive dealership in National City to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. What you’ll be doing

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency

• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving)

• Manage vendor communication and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and assist with weekly check runs

• Ensure proper approvals and maintain organized documentation

• Support month-end close, including reconciliations
Requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
