Job Responsibilities :

• Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement accounts payable procedures.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to avoid late fees and maintain. accurate records of payments.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions.
• Provide documentation and support for audits.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
