**Aerotek is currently hiring for an A&P Technician opening in Bloomington, IL for a General Aviation and Corporate Jet client of ours.**

**Job Description**

Work on a variety of General Aviation (GA) and private jets, including some turboprop aircraft.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aircraft.
+ Conduct routine, phase, and hourly inspections.
+ Address and correct discrepancies and pilot-reported issues.
+ Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of and adherence to FAA regulations and 145 Certification standards.

**Qualifications**

+ FAA A&P license (currently accepting entry-level and experienced A&P Mechanics)
+ Tools

**Work Environment**
